When will the RV sites be ready?

We are aiming to have our RV sites ready to use in the Late summer of 2023!

Are you open year round?

Yes, all of our sites and rental spaces will be available for reservations year round.

What time can I check in?

-Check in time is 3 PM till 9PM for all sites.

-If you would like to check in after 9 pm please let us know and we can arrange for you to go straight to your cabin or site.

Can I check in early?

Yes, we do have an early check in policy.

-Cabin early check in fee is $15 per hour. Any check in prior to 12 PM would be charged 50% of one night.

-For tents and RVs, if you are checking in between 12 PM and 3 PM there will be a $15 early check in fee. Check ins prior to 12 will be charged 50% of one night.

What time is check out?

We have separate check out times for our cabins and tent/RV sites.

-Cabin check out time is 12PM. Late check out fee is $15 per hour. Any check out after 3 PM would be charged 50% of one night.

-Check out time for RV/tent sites is 1 PM. Any check out between 1 PM and 4 PM will be charged $15. Checkout after 4 PM will be charged 50% of one night.

What is your cancellation policy?

ALL SITES: If you cancel prior to two weeks from your reservation date you will be charged a $35 admin fee. If you cancel less then two weeks you will be charged a one night stay. If you cancel less than one week from your reservation date there will be no refund.
**FOR ALL PENN STATE BLUE & WHITE, GRADUATION, AND FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY**

We do offer worry free booking (for an extra 10% of your reservation amount) which is processed through a third party and will allow you to apply for a full reservation refund within 14 days of your reservation date for unexpected illnesses, Medical issues, injury, or immediate relative emergencies.

What is there to do at your campground?

We have a lot of activities throughout the campground for all ages.
Here is a list of some of the activities, Swimming pool, sand volleyball, basketball courts, tetherball, playsets, approximately 2 miles of hiking trails, a fishing pond, and much more.

When is your pool open?

Our pool will be open for our guests to use during their stay 11am-sunset, Memorial day weekend thru Labor day weekend.

Do you allow pets?

Yes we do! We allow pets up to 35Lbs in our cabins and lodge, and there is no weight limit on pets for our tent and RV sites. For pets in the cabins (2 pet max) and lodge (4 pet max) there will be a $20 extra charge per pet per night, however there is no pet fee or limit for our tent and RV sites.
