*Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
-During quiet hours there is to be no loud music or any other type of disturbances that could disrupt other campground guests while they are sleeping.
-If quiet hours are not followed you will be required to leave the campground.
*Respect privacy to others
*Speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the campground.
*Fireworks and explosives are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.
*Campfires must be contained within a fire ring and thoroughly extinguished when unattended.
-Firewood and paper is to be the only thing placed or burned in the fire rings.
-At no point is there to be any trash, glass, metal, ETC. placed or burned in the fire rings. A $50 fee will be charged if this is found by an employee.
*NO SMOKING is permitted in any building owned by the campground.
-If cigarettes are found in any buildings owned by the campground and you or any of your guests are found responsible you will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
*Additional overnight guests must be registered on the reservation.
*Cars/ vehicles must be parked on your site and not be blocking another site.
-The rental of the Premises includes a right to park no more than two (2) personal transportation vehicles (cars, pickup truck, etc.) on your site.
-Additional vehicles need to be parked in additional parking at a daily fee of $5.00 dollars per day.
*Dispose of trash properly and keep sites clean.
-If excessive trash is left in your cabin or RV site you will be charged an additional $250.00 fee.
*Occupant shall not engage in any activity that violates the applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, or rules of the state, county, city, or municipality, nor shall occupant permit any other person on the Premises to engage in such activity. Occupants shall follow any regulations, rules, or signs posted in the Campground.
*Violations of the above policies may result in a warning. Violations of these policies after one (1) warning may result in being asked to vacate the campground prior to the end of the lease term without refund.
*DAMAGE TO PROPERTY of Hartman Center Campground will result in a fee equal to or greater of damage lost.
*ALL dogs must have rabies vaccination papers emailed to Hartmancentercampground@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
*Pets must be attended to, cleaned up after and leashed at all times.
-You will be charged a $30.00 fee for any piles of poop left on the campground.
*Pets over 35 pounds are not permitted in THE HARTMAN LODGE OR ANY OF THE CABINS EXCEPT FOR THE PRIMITIVE CABINS.
*All pets staying in cabins must be registered on the reservation.
-A $20 per pet per night fee apply for pets staying in cabins.
-If you fail to register your pet we will add the pet to the reservation and the card on file will be charged.
*Shedding pets are not allowed on any furniture.
*Ifthere is any hair or damage found on the furniture you will be charged an additional $50.00 fee.
*If your pet is over 35 pounds and is found inside one of the cabins (except for the primitive cabins) you will be charged an additional $100.00 per night fee.
*Pool will be open for use from 11am to Sunset from memorial day weekend to labor day weekend.
*There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
*Safety in and around the pool is the sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area. Toddlers must wear swim proof diapers in the pool.
*No running or diving
*No pets in the pool area.
*No food or glass bottles in the pool area
*No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.
~CHECK IN/OUT POLICES~
*Check in time is 3 PM till 9PM for all sites.
-If you would like to check in after 9 pm please let us know and we can arrange for you to go straight to your cabin or site.
*Cabin early check in fee is $15 per hour. Any check in prior to 12 would be charged 50% of one night.
*Cabin check out time is 12 PM. Late check out fee is $15 per hour. Any check out after 3 PM would be charged 50% of one night.
*If you are checking in between 12 PM and 3 PM there will be a $15 early check in fee. Check ins prior to 12 will be charged 50% of one night.
*Check out time for rv/tent sites is 1 PM. Any check out between 1 PM and 4 PM will be charged $15. Checkout after 3 PM will be charged 50% of one night.
*ALL SITES: If you cancel prior to two weeks from your reservation date you will be charged a $35 admin fee.
-If you cancel less then two weeks you will be charged a one night stay.
-If you cancel less than one week from your reservation date there will be no refund.
~There will be no refunds for PSU Blue&White games, regular season games, Holiday weekends, and graduation weekend~
